The Joyful Leadership Concept:
Joyful Leadership was developed in response to the critical need for high-quality leadership education for youth workers. Our program integrates 3 key components.
- JL PDF Manual: Introduces the foundational concepts of Joyful Leadership.
- Online Course: Dives deeper into specific leadership skills and theories.
- 7-Day Training course: Provides practical, interactive learning experiences.
Training Aims:
- Offer participants hands-on opportunities through simulations, games and workshops to understand the responsibilities and dynamics of being a holistic leader,
- enhance the capacity of youth workers by developing essential skills for engaging and empowering young people within organizations and fostering active citizenship,
- create opportunities for participants to engage with expert trainers, meet like-minded leaders, and share experiences.
Participant Profile:
- emerging youth workers seeking critical insights and skills and eager to learn from experts and peers,
- experienced youth workers interested in sharing best practices and enhancing their knowledge,
- individuals committed to full participation in the training cycle, including pre-course preparation and post-training dissemination,
- who have a good knowledge of spoken and written English (B2).

Please keep in mind that your application will be considered only after you fill in the first part of the application form.
